Police Raid Marilyn Manson’s West Hollywood House

Police are currently investigating singer Marilyn Manson for sexual assault. His West Hollywood home was searched today as part of this probe, according to reports from TMZ. Manson was not home when the police raided the premises. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is currently in possession of media storage units that were seized at Manson’s home. The department will be reviewing these drives before submitting them for possible evidence to help with their investigation into his case.

In February, the LASD opened an investigation into allegations of domestic violence incidents that occurred between 2009 and 2011 while Warner lived in West Hollywood. Within this past year he has been served with multiple lawsuits alleging sexual assault and abuse. In September one such suit was dismissed but quickly re-filed.

Several women have come forward, naming the shock rocker as their abuser. In an Instagram post, his ex-fiancee, Evan Rachel Wood, accused Manson of grooming and abusing her.

“The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” she said. “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission.”

She added: “I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail. I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives.”

Many other women have come forward and accused the shock rocker of abusing them, like Esmé Bianco, an actor on “Game of Thrones.”
