Participants in the 50 FIT CLUB all start with the 30-Day Challenge. “New members of the club have to learn my system and get accustomed to applying a physical, mental, and emotional training system. I don’t have programs. I have a system that translates to all other 50 Fit Club offerings. Everything is based on the one Whole Health system.” Once completed, 30-Day Challenge graduates may continue with the remaining eleven 30-Day Phases, all offering unique themes and training to build your physical, mental, and emotional Whole Health life. They may also choose to tackle the advanced 50-Day Challenge, which will test your resilience but reward all your efforts. This option comes with an educational component, the E Academy, where you will learn via Jasson’s audiobooks how and what to choose to have a better physical, mental, and emotional Whole Health life.

These post-30-Day graduate options are designed around Jasson’s “doing” Whole Health system, emphasizing practical application and active participation, integrating physical exercises with mental conditioning and emotional resilience-building activities. In other words, you must “do” to get your desired results.

Inspirational Outreach and Future Vision

“Throughout the 30-Day Challenge, I learned how to actually take care of myself and, in the process, upped all areas of my life. It’s amazing what you can achieve when your mind and body are clear,” Laura from New York shares. Brian from New Jersey adds, “The whole health system, with its weekly videos and clean eating meal plan, has transformed my life. I’ve lost 20 lbs., gained strength, and no longer need medication for my long-term GERD.”

Looking forward, Jasson’s winning attitude has him planning to expand the 50 FIT CLUB to cater to broader demographics by introducing the 40 FIT CLUB and 60 FIT CLUB.
