Even before establishing his company, Roderick was always a proactive individual. He capitalized on opportunities and started his professional journey from a local company manager position and continued to take a retail management position at a liquor store. Roderick played an instrumental role as the store boosted its sales by 35%.
His works’ success helped Roderick realize he had potential working in business, and he took the time to nurture his entrepreneurial drive. However, when he sensed a lack of growth, Roderick decided to transition into an industry of his choice. He went on to serve as a high-end stereo retailer.
As an audiophile since childhood, Roderick Mason took the opportunity to live out his passion and serve in the audio industry. He worked relentlessly to achieve success as a retailer. A fellow audiophile approached Roderick as he gradually climbed the proverbial ladder of success. He pitched an idea to open an independent audio store. The outcome was not in their favor, and Roderick had to leave the industry as he set his sights on new opportunities in different fields.
Eventually, he found his footing as a Certified Personal Trainer and led the new endeavor to fruition with utmost devotion and tenacity. Although he was on an upward journey, Roderick had to halt his career as several challenges arose. He was hospitalized, went through personal loss, adversity, and despair.
Roderick Mason lost his father, and he was unable to continue as a personal trainer. He left his role behind and opened a commercial cleaning franchise, operating for the next five years before stopping the franchise. Roderick eventually found himself on the road to becoming a corporate trainer. In 2015, he finally became a certified John Maxwell Speaker Trainer Coach. Two years later, Roderick formulated Holistic Coaching Solution. Initially a part-time venture, it became a full-time coaching solution in 2019.
Since then, Roderick has become a thought leader and influencer, inspiring generations to find their passions and strive for excellence. Additionally, he loves cars and cherishes exploring the beauty of the outdoors with his loved ones.
