He has announced plans to release a single titled “Promise” featuring R&B Pop Country superstar Mont’e Millions this coming fall.
“Promise” is a song that Royal promises to be a certified Caribbean Country banger, and it will make a major entrance like no other in the music industry. Teaming up with Mont’e Millions on the song also seems to be a smart strategy as his creativity, industry-wide connections, influence and leverage are unmatched. Royal will also leverage his connections in the entertainment and photography industries to kick-start his new music career.
Speaking on his choice to take up music professionally, Royal said: “I’ve been rapping since I was really young, and the desire to put out music never left me. I found success in photography and have been fortunate to work with some of the most influential people while passing across powerful visual messages with my photos and videos. However, there’s more that I have to share, and I want to share it with my voice. I want people to hear and listen to me to get my message. Music is the perfect way to do that, and here we are,” he said.
He draws motivation and inspiration from Mont’e Millions, urging him to step out of the box. “I have Mont’e Millions to thank for encouraging me to step out of the box into this new person. He understands my love for music and knows I have the talent to create good music. Watch out for our upcoming collaboration. It’s going to be a blast,” Royal said.
With his plans to connect with music lovers and plant memories through melodious sounds, Royal believes his music will propagate itself through his audience. He hopes to have a voice powerful enough to inspire people globally and make them see life from a new perspective.
