Aside from these awards, Keith also held the Masters High Jump record for his age group from 200 to 2007.
But high-jumping is not Keith’s only sport. He is also a martial artist, specifically practicing kung fu. At 45 years old, he earned a third-degree black belt in kung fu, and he is working to earn his fourth-degree belt.
